Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with encryption at rest and in transit. Photos are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls limiting data to your account only.

We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and regular security reviews.

Location data is collected only when you actively use the App to document an accident. GPS coordinates are embedded in your report for documentation purposes. We do not track your location in the background.

Photos you take within CrashKit are stored in your private account and are not accessible to other users. Photos are transmitted securely to our servers. You may delete your photos at any time by deleting the report.

Your reports are retained as long as your account is active. When you delete a report, it is permanently removed. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
